Access and Inclusion Training, Consultancy and Support

Disability Access and Inclusion Consultancy for Charities, Organisations and Businesses Commited to Creating Change.

I don’t doubt that your workplace has previously considered Disabled People’s access and inclusion. You might even have had some Disability Awareness training before, someone advise your team about the law and ‘Reasonable Adjustments’, or even Accessibilty Consultancy supporting you in ‘what to do for each disability’.

For some reason though, one you can’t quite articulate, there hasn’t been the kind of change you were hoping for.

Disabled People, Neurodivegent People and those living with long term health conditions are:

  • Not accessing your services in the way you’d hoped.

  • Not represented in your workplace or volunteer cohort. Or if they are, they aren’t retained.

  • Not in positions of leadership, including your Senior Management Team or Trustee Board.

  • Not buying your products or attending your events.

  • Not feeling that your organisation truly wants them there.

My approach to Access, Inclusion Consultancy is different…

My Approach to Access, Inclusion and Anti-Ableism Consultancy.

If being ‘aware’ of Disabled People was enough…

If a quick workshop, 10 years ago, listing all the different disabilities and what to ‘do for them’ was enough…

If legislation were enough…

Then we’d have seen fundamental positive change for Disabled People.

We haven’t….

That’s why my access and inclusion support services focus on the foundations of your organisation. The building blocks that impact Disabled People’s lives, careers and workplaces.

  • Disabled People’s Equity.

  • Disabled People’s Inclusion.

  • Anti-Ableism.
